We are located at Green Street Studios in Central Square, Cambridge.
The oldest certified Pilates studio in all of Massachusetts, we are a fully equipped studio,
offering classical Pilates, both mat and private instruction. We also offer
instruction in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEMŪ and
the GYROKINESISŪ exercise method. We hope that this site will provide you with some preliminary information about our studio.
